In Mumbai, India, five men were found guilty on the charge of raping a photojournalist.
The raping took place in an abandoned mill building last year.
Three of the five men habitually hung out at the mill which only raised suspicions of their plot.
A sixth man was also accused in the participation of the photojournalist's rape.
The young man was under the age of 18 at the time of the crime and is being tried separately in a juvenile court.
Sentences range from 20 years to life in prison, and they are suspected to be handed down on Friday, March 21st.
A case such as this one, could have easily gone unreported in earlier years, and the rapists acted as such.
The defendants were said to act with "little fear of police action".
Upon releasing the victim, they warned her that if she reported the crime, they would publish the photos they snapped of her during the event of them raping her.
Fortunately enough, she wasted no time making her way to the hospital, where she reported the raping.
Police officials acted quickly and was successful in identifying and arresting the men.
All five of the men confessed to the raping on the spot.
